Screenings are less costly and time consuming than a full psychological, neuropsychological, or educational evaluation. They are targeted to screen for a specific issue to help you make decisions about how to approach a concern. A screening can provide important diagnostic information to aid other treatment providers in prescribing appropriate medications, informing school personnel about your needs, or obtaining necessary documentation and recommendations about your needs that your employer may require. 

The process includes three encounters - an intake session, a screening session, and a feedback session. At the feedback session, a brief report is provided with any diagnoses that can be made at that time, as well as recommendations for interventions or further evaluation.
